Spring is here and now is the perfect time to enjoy some top down fun in an amazing sports car like this 2004 BMW Z4 Roadster. Although we are primarily a Classic car dealership, we do occasionally locate some great specialty and sports cars that we think true car enthusiasts would appreciate. This Z4 fits the bill!! We recently acquired this Merlot Red Metallic beauty from the original owners in Alabama. They purchased it brand new in 2004 at a price of $51, 468 and made sure it had all of the options available. It has the larger 3.0i motor, both Sport and Premium packages, Navigation, heated seats, xenon headlights and much more!! This Z4 also has the optional 6-speed SMG Sequential Manual Gear Box which offers the driver the option of driving this car like an automatic or manually going through the gears with paddle shifters or the gear stick. Driven primarily by the wife, this Z4 was always dealer maintained and pampered! It was always garage kept, driven by non-smokers and is ready to be driven and enjoyed by its next owner….maybe that will be you!! I will not bore you with all the details and reviews on these awesome Z series cars but needless to say the Z4 is a thoroughbred that lives up to the pedigree that BMW has built its reputation on…..this car handles the road amazingly, has tremendous acceleration, and has the sculpted beauty you expect from such a refined piece of automotive machinery. This one owner Z4 was ordered in a stunning Merlot Red Metallic color with the black convertible top and Beige leather interior….gorgeous color combination! The body is in fantastic condition and was never in any accidents. We do have the clean auto Check report we will gladly provide to any serious buyers. This car scored a 92 when similar cars scored in the 75-86 range. It is always great to buy a one owner car as you know what you are getting. The lower front valance had received some minor scrapes over the years so it was painted and you would never know it. There are some very minor rock chips that have been professionally touched up but otherwise the body is near flawless. There are no door dings or other issues. The original paint has tremendous luster and shine and this car takes on a deep burgundy color in the shade but the metallic glistens in the sun. I always recommend you drop the top on these awesome roadsters as often as possible but if ned be it is nice knowing that the black convertible top is power and operates up or down in the matter of scones. Complimenting the Merlot Red Metallic exterior is a great looking Beige leather interior. The leather seats are in fantastic condition with very little wear. Drivers side seat bolster looks great with almost no wear. Loaded with all the options, the neatly designed cockpit has all of the amenities. These include heated power seats, cruise control, factory navigation, premium sound system, rollover protection bars, and much more!! The SMG shifter is a great feature and adds to the fun factor of this amazing Z4. Matching Z4 floor mats are in great condition as well. Ordered with the larger 3.0 liter DOHC 24 valve inline 6 cylinder this Z4 has all the power you need and then some! The original owner had all of the maintenance performed on a regular basis at the BMW dealership. There are slightly less then 84,400 miles on this car and it still drives like new! The Sport package added sport suspension with the sport button on the console for more spirited driving and a beautiful set of 18″alloy wheels. The wheels look almost perfect with no curb rash. The rear brakes were recently replaced and the Michelin tires are close to new. With the SMG transmission this Z4 is basically an automatic that offers the driver the option to drive it like a 6-speed. It is as simple as putting it in to drive, or using the shifting function that allows you to use the gear shifter or paddle shifters to run through the 6 gears for those times when you want to push the limits a little more. This Z4 was always adult driven and never raced or tracked so it drives and handles like new. All of the services are current and oil was changed recently. Turn the key and go!!!We also have all of the original paperwork, and original window sticker as well as the original manuals and Navigation disc. We also have both key fobs.
