We recently acquired this beautiful B5 Blue SRT8 Challenger from the second owner who had the car for almost 2 years and only put 2000 miles on it. It was his baby until he got word that he had won a brand new 2013 Ford Shelby Mustang in a contest. He did not have the garage space for both and could not justify keeping both cars so he decided to let the Challenger go so he could have the money to pay the taxes on the Shelby he won. His loss…your gain!!! This Hemi-Powered Modern Muscle machine is basically in showroom new condition and was pampered like a concourse classic car. It was ordered new with all the goodies and the B5 Blue Pearl absolutely glistens! With just under 16,600 miles this Challenger has just been broken in and still has the remainder of the 5 year/100,000 mile Factory Power train warranty. If you have been thinking about adding an SRT8 Challenger to your collection then this is the one to have!! To start out with let me tell you how this car was ordered from the factory. Of course it has the 6.1 Liter SRT HEMI V8 pushing out 425 horsepower and this one is mated to the Tremec 6-speed manual transmission. Ordered in the B5 Blue Pearl color and with the Customer preferred package 21x and SRTOption Group II. This modern-muscle, luxury machine has all the goodies including the 13 speaker Kicker sound system with the 200 watt sub woofer and 322 watt kicker amplifier, white face instrument cluster, Track Pak with 3:92 gears, 20″ Aluminum SRT design wheels, Hill start assist, Power sunroof, Navigation, heated seats, and more!!!! As you will notice this blue beauty is not wearing any stripes which I think looks awesome in this color. It also allows the next owner to customize the look to their tastes if desired by adding any of the stripe kits that are readily available. The body is truly in as close to showroom condition as I think you will find. I have the clean Auto Check report that scores it a 91 versus similar cars that score in range of 82-87. Never any accidents or paint work! No dings, no scratches! Just to be safe lets assume there might be a rock chip or 2 I may have missed but it may not even have any of those either! The interior of this SRT8 smells showroom fresh and is also in near flawless condition. The leather and suede seats accented with blue leather stripe show practically no wear and are extremely comfortable. Of course the seats are heated and there is a power 8 way drivers side. Touch screen Factory Navigation and upgraded Kicker SRT Cd/DVD/MP3 stereo that will absolutely blow the doors off when turned up. If you like your music you will Love this system!!! Power Sunroof, universal garage door opener, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, steering wheel audio controls, uconnect phone with voice command and many more options surround you inside this luxury muscle machine. Factory shifter was upgraded with a Hurst Performance shifter with white shifter knob. Original shifter will also come with the car.Front windows are limo tinted for privacy. The trunk space is quite large and appears to have never been used. Subwoofer neatly mounted. I have all of the original manuals and both of the original key fobs. One push of the On/Off Start Button on the dash unleashes the thunderous roar from the 6.1 Liter Hemi pushing out 425 Horsepower. The 6-speed is definitely the way to fly and this baby will set you back in your seat just like the 440 Challenger from the 70′s did but this one adds luxury, safety and handling to the package. The optional Track Pak and upgraded Hurst Shifter controls the Tremec sourced TR-6060 6-speed Manual transmission. Running through the gears is done with a crisp, satisfying quality. Drop it in to 6th on the highway and get 22-26 mpg, or run it hard stop light to stop light and have the time of your life!!! This SRT 8 has under 16,600 miles on it and has just been broken in. The power is put to the ground where the 20″ Aluminum SRT wheels are wrapped in close to new Pirelli rubber. Dealer installed Mopar Air Intake was added for a few extra hp. Meticulously maintained, this Blue Pearl Challenger is ready to be driven and enjoyed!!!
